Lot loans are available for the borrower who has plans to build within two (2) years. With a Home Savings Bank lot loan you pay interest only for a term of two (2) years.

Construction Loans

Home Savings Bank offers Construction/Permanent loans. Our Construction/Permanent loans allow you to avoid two closing costs. The advantage of having a construction loan and permanent loan is one application. You simply select the mortgage loan term. During the 6 months construction you are billed interest only on the funds advanced. At the end of the construction period, your loan becomes a mortgage loan for the remaining term.
